Amazing sea view from the room.

The check-in process was a nightmare with a slow receptionist who charged us incorrectly. The food at the buffet was horrendous. Everything was stale and dry. We were misinformed about the parking fees, being told it was $15 but it turned out to be only $7 upon checkout.

Polite staff that liked their guests. The location was amazing and favourable, near to long, the bustling town center, and Peniscola. Furthermore, very close to the everyday late night entertainment.

enjoyed it. it was a really great stay for a night. everything was good, nonetheless a few employees were exceptionally busy.

Convenient hotel, staff were wonderful and the location was stunning in the sought after Amsterdam West neighborhood. The loft was good with a very comfortable bed, so that guests had essentials. It offered fantastic service and healthy food too. Took the advantage of the parking at the front of the property.

Loved the way our reasonably spacious twin room in shades of tan with cheap furniture was arranged. The service was excellent and the pool was good. Moreover, we parked the car outside: D

We had the entrance on a Thursday, with lunch and dinner, we arrived at night. They called me to tell me that they would pass the food to me on the day of departure so it wouldn't get lost and for dinner they would leave something cold in the room. They also left us a bottle of water and a puzzle because we were going with a child. room and bathroom are big, with wide beds and a minina that is appreciated. beds downstairs are the standard ones and have a small terrace with a clothesline and a small table with chairs. It had a children's area on a terrace.

Starting with the food, it was not very varied and of poor quality, many dishes tasted like nothing. The drinks were charged separately and overpriced. Even more so when you ask for a coke and a glass with ice and lemon, wanting to drink it fresh and they tell you they don't have any. The schedules are very focused on the foreign client, but they do warn you 5 minutes before picking up in case you want to drink something else. The pillows are very uncomfortable. I didn't like at all that the hammocks were all reserved with towels after lunch, even if there was a sign that said so. The air conditioning in the room was broken and they left us a fan, and in the dining room they didn't turn it on either, despite the heat.

I usually like HR hotels very much and this one has been no exception. It was a couple's trip with our little boy. We took the standard room. It had plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable, there was an extra pillow, the child's bed was not the sofa bed that most hotels have, it was a real bed, a small one but a bed. The bathroom was fine, with a screen and a bidet. The cleaning was excellent every day. The meals were very good, it's true that sometimes you get the feeling that something is missing. I think there's too much pasta and not enough vegetables. There is pizza every night (although it looks like the ones at home tarrad.). The fish is very good and so are the paellas. Also the breakfast was not bad, it had everything you need although they could add some infusion that is not green tea or pennyroyal. The situation of the hotel is very good, in front of the beach and although far from the center there is a bus that takes you in 15/20 minutes. Finally thank you for the animation. The Uruguayan guy did really well. The budget is almost zero as there were almost no outside shows but nevertheless we stayed almost every night. The mini-disco for the kids was very good too. I think the animation was the best thing about the hotel.

desserts as almost always neither fu nor fa. I didn't like the orange juice and sushi very much. Really, forget the sushi, it was terrible. What I liked the least was that even though there were signs prohibiting the occupation of the deckchairs, during the hours close to lunchtime they all had a towel on. I think the hotel should pay more attention to that.

Calm, services and, above all, buffet. Everything fresh, natural, well served, well presented, always ready, never missing. the large number of dishes cooked live, not reheated. perfect breakfast, only loose orange juice (? the rest, quantity and quality. fast and powerful wifi. staff always attentive, polite and with complete information.

cafeteria has too high prices for some products, for example, coffee.. There should be a discount for hotel guests, you can't charge a family that has paid 1, 400 euros for 4 nights 1. 70 euros for coffee. swimming pool is too small for such a large capacity of customers and fact that it is occupied almost every morning by activities prevents those who only want to take a bath from enjoying it. price of the parking lot, bit excessive.

All in all, it's been a great stay. The excellent location! You have the beach in front of you, in front of the hotel a bus that passes every 15 minutes. My room was one of the first that are at street level and you go out in front of the small swimming pool. The room is very good, it has everything you need, the TV is huge, the beds are comfortable, air conditioning all day because of the heat. The facilities are very clean, they are always cleaning even with rain and everything that is the first day we arrived. The food is free Buffett and I have to say that I'm not very keen on Buffett but in this case the food is very good. There is not a lot of variety but what there is is quality, I liked almost everything. And they make a lot of fish that's not very common at the moment on a plate or cooked on a tray. The pools are very simple but having a beach in front of you is more than enough. Upstairs there is a playground for the kids who do daily activities and on the other side there are 2 jacuzzis with lounge chairs to relax while you watch the sea. We really liked the experience, I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. When we left they gave us a bottle of fresh water which we were very grateful for in this heat.

I don't know what to say about it because I haven't seen anything negative in my stay. To say the least, the bathroom floor which is brown stone is very hard to dry.

The location is perfect to go with the family, you just have to cross the road and you are on the beach and being 3 km from the Castle of Peniscola, which is where all the atmosphere is, the area is very quiet, if you want to approach the Castle you can go walking on the promenade or by bus as there is a stop right next to the Hotel. Room: Very clean, we recommend a loft room (very spacious and with sea views). Restaurant: Not very big but enough for the size of the hotel, no queues at any of the meals, as for the food the variety is adequate, in addition the products are of quality and were very well cooked. Everything is very tasty. The restaurant staff is very efficient and very pleasant. The facilities are very good, garage in basement, two swimming pools that without being very big are perfect, two jacuzzis, a small playground, cafeteria with terrace next to the largest pool, mini club for the little ones, there is animation almost all day. In short, the hotel is very well and all its employees do a great job to make our stays pleasant and comforting.

From our point of view nothing to reproach, it was all perfect.

I asked for the favor of not having a room near the elevator to which the Hotel responded via email that it was no problem. However, they assigned me a room next to the elevator, closer than that! I freaked out. It is not a hotel where you can rest, because you can hear everything! People talking at the entrance of the elevator which is right at the door of the room and they seemed to be inside. hotel puts on music early, cleaning staff are shouting at you about all the conversations from the room. I had the sign on the door not to disturb (I had to leave the room at 12:00h. the cleaning staff after hearing perfectly how they spoke outside, knocked on the door at 11:40h. because they thought there was no one left to come in and clean. They took the surprise when I opened the door and then apologized. In short, cleaning staff is very scandalous.

The kids loved playing in the garden and the two pools were fun, providing plenty of options for everyone to relax under the sun.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' club would have made our stay even better.

the hotel was really close to the beach and the sea

the internet connection was pretty bad, however i could do my work with it. sauna and jacuzzi have a program, i forgot the time frame when you could use it.

The breakfast buffet was genuinely varied and cheerful but lacked some quality. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I needed assistance.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but acceptable for what we got.
